When you receive the goods, you can confirm the receipt if you are sure no problem.
1. Login first- my shopping mall- bought products, to find the transaction, and then click “received product”.
2. Check the order status has changed to “received, waiting for archiving” after clicking “ received product”.
3. The website archived the order, that means the order has been finished. Check the order status has changed to “archived”.
These processes have been finished, it means all transactions of this order are completed.
