If members found the product has quality or quantity problems after confirmation of reception, they can make a complaint to the website. The process as follows:
Member center--> my products-->click for details
Enter product details page and click “ I have a complaint”. See chart:
Enter complaint page and edit title and contents. Complaint contents should provide related information (such as pictures, video, audio, etc.), see chart:
Submit the page, and waiting for the acceptance and follow-up by the website. If you have any questions to the follow-up contents, please negotiate with the website here. See chart:
Finally, the website will check the information with members, and negotiate the final processing. We will give a satisfactory answer to the member.
